The only thing better than singing is more singing.
My main goal in one to one lessons is to develop your voice and your understanding of music, to find new means of expressions and new colors of your voice, and to help you find your individual sound.
Important elements in this development are technical abilities (vocal technique, breathing technique, bodywork) and musical styles (Jazz/Pop/World/Bossa Nova). In addition, we will work on improvisation, interpretation, microphone technique, and stage presence.
I will also be happy to help you prepare for castings, entrance exams, and concerts.
I am currently teaching vocals at Manhattan School of Music’s MSM Sunday and work as a choir director in New York.
I offer workshops for Jazz/Pop and for intercultural competency in schools.
Lessons can be held via Skype.
